The Falisi family

Built around a table.
Grown through hospitality.

Two Guys began with the traditions Peter and Larry Falisi grew up with: food at the center, family close, and the belief that taking care of people is something you prove through your actions.

Tappan, New York → Naples, Florida

Before Two Guys, there was the Falisi family table.

Peter and Larry grew up in Tappan, a suburb just outside New York City. In 2005, after their father retired from the NYPD, the family moved to Naples.

In their Italian household, food was never simply what was served. It was how holidays were marked, how friends were welcomed, and how the family stayed connected. Larry learned generations of family recipes from his mother, father, and grandmother—and developed the instinct to feed people with generosity and pride.

Brothers & co-founders

One shared standard.

01

Larry: vision & leadership

As co-founder, Larry’s role reaches well beyond the kitchen. He helps shape the direction of Two Guys, build client relationships, and turn an event idea into a plan the team can deliver. His culinary vision is part of that larger commitment: growing a family business around thoughtful hospitality, strong execution, and lasting trust.

02

Peter: business discipline

Peter brought the financial and operational foundation that turned great food into a company capable of delivering consistently. Together, the brothers paired creativity with accountability—the combination Two Guys still depends on today.

2015

Two Guys Kitchen & Catering

The year the family tradition became a business.

Brothers Peter and Larry Falisi founded Two Guys Kitchen & Catering in Naples in 2015. The company did not begin with ballroom weddings or massive productions. It grew through drop-off catering—feeding offices, families, birthdays, meetings, and everyday gatherings with chef-made food delivered ready to serve.

That work built the relationships, systems, reputation, and trust that made everything else possible. Drop-off catering remains a core part of Two Guys because it represents the original promise: make excellent food, show up prepared, and take care of people.

It did not change the standard.
