On December 14, 2025, the celebration moved from the ceremony into a courtyard cocktail hour, then dinner and the evening’s dances. Our team brought the food and service together around that flow.
Chefs prepared the meal on site with our mobile kitchen, bartenders served the courtyard bar, and servers looked after dinner and water service. An on-site lead coordinated our team alongside the wedding coordinator.

The courtyard bar was part of the full catering plan, with two bartenders, a bar and back-bar setup, glassware, coolers, and ice. The couple supplied their liquor, beverages, mixers, and garnishes.
From cocktail hour into the reception, our bar team and food-service team worked together. It is the kind of coordination that helps the celebration flow.
