On October 25, 2025, our team catered a double birthday celebration at a private home in Fort Myers Beach. The dock and waterfront gave the gathering its character, with room for guests to move between the home and outdoor spaces.
The food suited the way people wanted to celebrate: appetizers to pick up and share, passed bites as guests mingled, and a spread of small desserts later in the evening.

Caprese skewers, bourbon mini meatballs, chicken teriyaki skewers, and raspberry brie tarts made up the passed appetizer menu. Beef tenderloin sliders, deviled eggs, and a colorful vegetable platter gave guests more to enjoy between conversations.
Chef Larry and the kitchen team prepared food on site, while servers brought the menu out to the celebration.

The service team included a chef, a chef assistant, servers, and two bartenders. Our rental plan brought together cocktail tables, guest seating, linens, and a bar with a back bar.
The hosts supplied the beverages and bar ingredients. We provided the bartenders and bar setup alongside the catering, with delivery, setup, and breakdown included in the event plan.
