A wedding with Two Guys · Naples, 2025

A wedding with
a little fire.

Flames rising from the grill. Chefs cooking on site. Guests ready to celebrate. This wedding at Eleven Eleven Central was one of Chef Larry’s favorite weddings of the year, with live-fire cooking at the heart of the food experience.

The cooking is part of the occasion

More than dinner.
Something to gather around.

On November 22, 2025, our team brought live-fire cooking to a wedding reception at Eleven Eleven Central in Naples. Outside, the chefs worked over the grill. Inside, guests gathered for appetizers, dinner, and a lively evening of dancing.

The film captures the process: the flames, the skewers, the chefs moving food from the grill toward service. It is a look at what cooking on site can add to a celebration.

Cooked with care.
Finished over fire.

Chef Larry led the cooking on site with his team. The dinner menu brought together herb-and-garlic lamb chops, chicken kebobs with a chipotle-apricot glaze, and Brazilian skirt steak with fresh chimichurri.

The live-fire setup made the preparation part of the experience, while the team coordinated the cooking with the buffet and guest service.

A menu for the whole celebration

From the first bite
to the last sweet thing.

01 · Before dinner

A little of everything.

The day’s food plan began with charcuterie delivered to the beach. Reception appetizers included spicy grilled Gulf shrimp, mini lobster rolls, fig-and-goat-cheese cups, and stuffed mushrooms.

02 · Dinner together

Fire, flavor, and choice.

Lamb chops and chicken kebobs joined a Brazilian skirt steak carving station. Penne pomodoro with artichokes, basil, and fresh mozzarella, roasted vegetables, and dinner rolls completed the meal.

03 · A sweet finish

Small bites. Big smiles.

Assorted cake pops and dark chocolate cups filled with whipped mascarpone gave guests a sweet finish before the celebration carried on.

Behind a very good party

The food. The bar.
The team to bring it together.

Chefs, servers, and two bartenders supported the reception. The couple supplied the beverages, while our service plan included bar support, glassware, ice, and dinner-service rentals.

The cooking had its moment, then the guests had theirs. Food and bar service were planned together so the evening could move from appetizers to dinner, desserts, and dancing.
