A welcome bite.
Passed bacon-wrapped shrimp, beef tenderloin crostini with horseradish sauce, caramelized onion and dill, and mini meatballs started the celebration.

A setting made for slowing down
On October 18, 2025, we catered a wedding at a private beachfront home in Naples. The evening moved from the ceremony to passed appetizers, a seated dinner, and cake as daylight gave way to a sky full of string lights.
Behind the scenes, the chefs worked through the dinner plates while the service team cared for guests at the tables. The video follows both sides of the celebration: the quiet beauty outside and the hands preparing each meal inside.
Plated dinner, thoughtfully timed
Dinner began with a plated spinach salad, followed by a choice of rosemary-and-garlic roasted chicken or Gulf grouper with lemon butter. The chefs finished the meals on site, and servers brought dinner to the guests.
The chicken was paired with Italian roasted potatoes and broccoli with garlic and olive oil. The grouper came with yellow rice and roasted vegetables. Dinner rolls completed the plates.

The details behind the dinner
Chefs, kitchen support, servers, and a bartender worked together throughout the celebration. Our plan included dinner-service china, cutlery, glassware, tables, chairs, and bar setup, along with delivery, setup, and breakdown.
The couple supplied their table linens and napkins, cake, and liquor. Our team coordinated food and beverage service, including water at the tables, a beverage station, wine service, and the champagne toast.
